Financial Clarity Through Practical Education
Our six-month program teaches you how to consolidate budgets, manage cash flow, and build sustainable financial systems for your Australian household or small business.
Express Your InterestWhy We Created This Program
Back in 2023, we noticed something. People kept asking the same questions about managing multiple accounts, tracking expenses across different cards, and figuring out where their money actually went each month.
So we built a learning experience that addresses these real challenges. Not theory from textbooks, but practical methods we've tested with over 180 participants across Tasmania and Victoria.
The program runs for 24 weeks starting September 2025. You'll learn budget consolidation techniques that apply whether you're managing a household of four or running a café in Hobart.

What You'll Actually Learn
Foundation Phase
Weeks 1-8 cover account mapping, expense categorization, and identifying financial patterns. You'll build a comprehensive view of your current situation before making any changes.
Consolidation Phase
Weeks 9-16 focus on streamlining systems. Learn which accounts to keep, how to automate transfers, and create a simplified structure that actually works with your routine.
Maintenance Phase
Weeks 17-24 teach long-term sustainability. Develop review habits, adjust systems as life changes, and troubleshoot common issues that emerge after initial setup.

Marlowe Crichton
Program Director
Marlowe spent eleven years as a financial counselor in regional Australia before designing this curriculum. She's particularly good at explaining complex concepts without the jargon that usually makes people's eyes glaze over.

Quillan Havelock
Systems Specialist
Quillan runs the technical side of things. He helps participants set up tracking systems, whether that's spreadsheets, apps, or hybrid approaches. His background is in process optimization for small businesses.

Tamsin Elwood
Case Study Coordinator
Tamsin works with past participants to document real implementation examples. She brings eight years of experience from community education programs and knows how to make abstract concepts concrete through storytelling.
